EQ co-founder Mark Prado has been heading up website design nearly since the web first existed, with his earliest websites in 1994 utilizing Thai programmers and artists.

When EQ was formed, it formally took over all prior website design responsibilities.

However, website design is no longer a service we assertively market or offer to strangers. We now offer website design only to customers who:

• appreciate quality
• are people we know
• have a business mission similar to our own

Unlike in 1994, website design in 2006 is a field where there is a great oversupply of web designers around the world offering their services for cheap, but not many quality web designers who understand the many practical design factors which make a website successful. We do not try to compete in terms of price. We compete in terms of profitability -- how much business we can bring our customers by careful website design.

Our website design division is now a boutique operation.

Our old website www.Offshore-Website-Design.com is admittedly a few years out of date (and indeed, none of our own websites are featured there, and that website is old style), as we do not really market this service over the internet any longer, but if you need to see some of our recent work, just email us.

We mainly just provide website design services to customers we already know from other ways.
