EQ is a small enterprise with a comfortable and peaceful office in suburban Bangkok, located right off the expressway in Muang Thong Thani and with quick public transport via expressway from Victory Monument (expressway minivans and expressway buses). We value harmony in the office, a good attitude, and teamwork. We care about the customers we choose to serve, do more than the minimum, and each employee is expected to be diligent and take serious responsibility for their work and the people dependent upon them. Our office has a "company community" atmosphere.

We are still growing in 2006, and are looking to hire staff in the following areas:

Managing Director for a call center. This is for a multinational company which is a customer of ours coming to Thailand to start operations here.

• A multinational company is opening a branch office in Muang Thong Thani and is seeking to hire a General Manager to organize, direct and manage the entire Thailand operation. The candidate does not need to have been a General Manager before, but the candidate must be a Thai national with an MBA and experience in sales and marketing, hiring, training, supervising, and quality control, as well as overseeing accounting and all of the general operations of a business operation. The General Manager will report to the Director headquartered overseas, and the General Manager is totally responsible for the Thailand operation. The facility is a call center starting with approximately 40 employees which is expected to grow to hundreds within the next 2 years. Salary will start at 50,000 baht/month, and after the call center starts operations, the General Manager will switch to a combination of salary and commissions so that much higher monthly earnings can be achieved proportional to successful financial performance of the operation.

Call center sales representatives

• Call center staff are needed for calling overseas to sell Thai products and services for export, and for support and other things. Good speakers of Thai, Chinese, English, Tagalok, and other languages are of interest. You do not need to be a native speaker, but native speakers are encouraged to contact us. We are the hiring agent for a multinational setting up a new office in Thailand.

Real estate agents

• We assist foreigners coming to Thailand to work and to live. We need real estate agents to present properties mainly along the Skytrain lines. You do not need a car, but it could be helpful. You mainly need to be familiar with some regions, be functional with English in addition to Thai, sensitive to design features, and outgoing. You can work from home and do not need to come to our office often. We will provide leads for rental/sales commissions. You can also get commissions by finding and listing properties which we rent/sell successfully. Lawyer / attorney - consulting

• Our company assists foreigners coming to Thailand to work, live, and/or invest. We can of course already provide basic assistance such as company setup and general property advice (although we need help with both), but we need a lawyer familiar with the practical areas that foreigners need to deal with, and able to advise, review, approve/edit, and sign documents as a certified Thai lawyer. Fields of work include company setup, property purchase, investment, and legal translation (Thai-English). Strong English skills and a sincerely friendly and caring attitude are necessary. Sales representatives

• We are in internet company with many websites. We need salespeople for a new website featuring businesses near the skytrain and subway stations. Commission is 33% of gross sales. Minimum monthly income guarantee is negotiable. You can work on your own and do not need to come to our office. English writers

• If you enjoy writing, researching, and analyzing, and if you think you're a good writer, then you may be interested in joining our team. We would prefer native English writers (North American, British/Irish/Scottish, Australian or New Zealander), but we would consider exceptionally good English writers from other nations. You must be familiar with Thailand. Please send us samples of your work.
